Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a lightly floured surface, divide pizza dough into small pieces and roll each into a short rope.
- Tie each dough rope into a knot and place on the baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, oregano, and parsley.
- Brush the knots with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and serve warm with marinara sauce.
