Garlic Knots

Fluffy, buttery, and packed with garlic flavor, these Garlic Knots are the perfect side to any meal. Soft dough, golden crust, and a drizzle of garlic butter make them irresistible.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, divide pizza dough into small pieces and roll each into a short rope.
  3. Tie each dough rope into a knot and place on the baking sheet.
  4. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, salt, oregano, and parsley.
  5. Brush the knots with the garlic butter mixture.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and serve warm with marinara sauce.
