Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings (split into flats and drumettes)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp baking powder (for extra crispiness)
- ½ cup hot sauce (Frank’s RedHot recommended)
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Celery sticks & blue cheese dressing (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Pat the wings dry with paper towels, then toss with salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and baking powder.
- Arrange wings in a single layer on the wire rack and bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway.
- While the wings cook, whisk together hot sauce, melted butter, white vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Once crispy, toss the wings in the Buffalo sauce until fully coated.
- Serve immediately with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
