Spicy, crispy, and full of flavor, Buffalo Wings are the ultimate game-day snack. Coated in a tangy, buttery hot sauce, they’re best served with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings (split into flats and drumettes)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp baking powder (for extra crispiness)
  • ½ cup hot sauce (Frank’s RedHot recommended)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Celery sticks & blue cheese dressing (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
  2. Pat the wings dry with paper towels, then toss with salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and baking powder.
  3. Arrange wings in a single layer on the wire rack and bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. While the wings cook, whisk together hot sauce, melted butter, white vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Once crispy, toss the wings in the Buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  6. Serve immediately with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
