Instructions
- Muddle jalapeño slices in a shaker.
- Add tequila, lime juice, and triple sec.
- Shake with ice, then strain into a Tajín-rimmed glass.
- Garnish with a lime wedge.
This is my go-to cocktail for a summer night. The heat from the jalapeño balances perfectly with the citrus and tequila. If you want to go wild, try a mezcal variation!
