Negroni
Ingredients
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- Orange peel (for garnish)
- 1 large ice cube
Method
- Fill a mixing glass with ice and add gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth.
- Stir until well chilled, about 30 seconds.
- Strain into a short glass over a large ice cube.
- Express an orange peel over the drink, then drop it in as garnish.
